 Reception agent

 Missions: Under the authority of the campsite manager, you are responsible

◦ To ensure the physical reception of customers, taking reservations, collections, tourist information. 

◦ To complete the formalities upon arrival and departure of customers (registration, placing campers in their pitches, closing invoices, etc.). 

◦ You control the entries (registered, visitors or strangers).

◦ Ensure the reception is well maintained

Secondary activities:

◦ You sell and keep inventory counts (bread store, newspapers, postcards, sweets, groceries, ice cream).

◦ You serve breakfast and drinks at the bar.

◦ Weekly cleaning in the sanitary blocks

◦ You help with cleaning the rental properties on Saturdays (in pairs).

For all of these activities, you act independently according to the instructions given or in pairs with the rest of the team (3 to 5 people). Fixed position in the main reception office but requiring constant travel around the campsite (two hectares).

 Main qualities: A true ambassador of this vacation spot, you have an undeniable sense of communication and hospitality. With a great sense of customer service, you are dynamic, responsive and autonomous.

◦ Good interpersonal skills and good listening skills

◦ Motivated person who knows how to demonstrate patience and great versatility. 

◦ Fluent English; fluency in German, a plus!

◦ Computer skills (use of professional campsite management software)

◦ Similar experience desired
